Rodents of unusual size
Rats, mice, & wildlife

At the start of the 2000’s, the Phoenix Area was cursed with an exceptionally problematic critter- the Roof Rat!

Roof rats are excellent climbers and often nest in attics, ceilings, and upper parts of buildings. Roof rats pose serious risks to both property and health—they chew through wiring, insulation, and wood, and they can contaminate food and surfaces with their droppings.

Field Mice also pose a serious problem - Being the rat’s much smaller cousin, they tend to infest much more subtly and in greater numbers before detection. However, typically mice infestations are misidentified roof rat infestations, so it’s best to schedule an inspection by a professional.

Our team utilizes a 3-prong approach for rodents.

1) Removal via trapping. Our team will locate the source of an infestation, and set a series of traps to remove the existing population.

2) Sealing the building to prevent re-entry, ensuring that the population will not spread, and stopping future rodent issues from occurring

3) Establishing a bait station system to monitor the prevalence of rodents in the area, while ensuring potential problems are dealt with prior to becoming an issue.
